PURPOSE:To lower the fatigue of a center filling conductor resulting from the damage of a soldering layer, by inserting a hollow conductor by mounting a groove in the winding direction of the center filling conductor, by installing the soldering layer to a parallel portion of the center filling conductor and the hollow conductor and by forming an air-gap to a portion that crosses at right angles. CONSTITUTION:A groove 8 extending in the winding direction 14 is formed to a center portion of a center filling conductor 6, and the end portion 8A is shaped at a right angle. A hollow conductor 9 is inserted into the groove 8, and a soldering layer 10 is mounted to a portion that the hollow conductor 9 and the center filling conductor 6 are in parallel while an air-gap 15 is formed to a portion that crosses at right angles, thus preventing contact between the center filling conductor 6 and the hollow conductor 9. Consequently, the damage of the soldering layer 10 becomes identical to the main distortion direction formed at a conductor 3, the fatigue of the center filling conductor 6 is lowered and the reliability and life of a coil can be improved. |
