摘要 FIELD: engines and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engine production, compressor systems production and operation, particularly to their control and protection. The proposed method and device comprise measuring the parameters of pressure pulsation in compressor flow section, measuring the impeller RPM, generating the compressor operating conditions control signal and comparing it with the threshold value. Spectral components of pressure pulsations are used as pressure parameters, while the spectral components frequencies are compared with the impeller RPM. Then amplitude-frequency characteristics of spectral components, their frequency being an integral multiple of impeller RPM, are used as the control signal component. Complete pressure and its pulsations pickups are arranged at the compressor inlet, ahead of the impeller front edge, to, synchronously and continuously, measure complete pressure and its pulsations at various RPM, as well as static pressure and its pulsations and, at the same time, to determined the flow inlet main parameters, i.e. impeller reduced radial velocity Uimp rad; and reduced flow axial velocity en. Then pressure pulsation spectral analysis is effected using the harmonics amplitudes as a control signal, the harmonic amplitude frequencies making an integral multiple of the compressor impeller RPM and not exceeding 0.5 of impeller blade repetition rate. Now the impeller inlet flow main parameter amplitudes and values are used to generate control signal to be compared with the threshold value to rule out origination of surge symptoms. Note that the control signal threshold value makes the impeller RPM function and reduced inlet flow axial velocity, and is determined in the compressor stable operating conditions to allow the compressor presurge state. ^ EFFECT: higher reliability and stable operation of proposed compressor. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg
