FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pressurised metal treatment and may be used for producing corrugated formed parts from thin-sheet steel. The machine includes frame assembly with pipe sample being fixed to it. The forming unit is inside the above pipe. The machine also includes limiting and boosting composite dies and joining mechanism for composite dies. The forming unit is driven by eccentric mechanism. The single piece die is rigidly fixed to the frame assembly. It is provided with two pairs of grooves arranged mirror-like. The grooves are made at an angle 45 to the plane of work piece feed. The forming unit is represented with three T-shaped lobes being installed in mutually perpendicular planes so that they can swing around immovable supports. The above lobes contact with traction bar connected cinematically with drive eccentric. The limiting and boosting composite dies are installed on common axis. The limiting die is provided with two flat-topped supports and two pairs of claws contacting with single-piece die grooves. The boosting die can swing around axis and is provided with thrust cinematically connected with eccentric work piece. The joining mechanism is provided with claw shaft having two locking claws, two retaining claws and one feed claw contacting with gear rack extension. The front end of the rack is placed in the plate groove installed on the axis parallel to the claw shaft. The rear end of the rack fits the push bar installed on the pipe sample. ^ EFFECT: machine structure is simple with low energy consumption ensuring high quality of items manufactured. ^ 5 cl, 8 dwg
