A method for manufacturing concentrated syrup for internal medicine, which contains alcohol fermented extract of a Zingiberis Rhizoma and its herb complex is provided to heighten the efficiency of extraction and prevent deterioration and contamination of microorganism. A method for manufacturing a concentrated syrup for internal medicine containing Zingiberis Rhizoma and its herb complex comprises: a step of adding 1L of 70% alcohol into a Zingiberis Rhizoma, maintaining in water bath at 50-60°C for four hours, filtering, adding 500mL purified water and fermenting at 30-33°C for 30 days; a step of adding 2L of 70% alcohol, heating in water bath at 50-60°C for four hours, filtering and fermenting at 30-33°C for 30 days; a step of adding 600ml of 70% alcohol into 600g ginseng, heating in water bath at 50-60°C for four hours, filtering and fermenting at 30-33°C for 30 days; a step of adding 1.2L of 70% alcohol into 1.2kg Hoelen, heating in water bath at 50-60°C for four hours, filtering and fermenting at 30-33°C for 30 days; a step of adding 500mL of 70% alcohol in 300g of glycyrrhizae radix, heating in water bath at 50-60°C on the water bath for four hours, fermenting at 30-33°C for 30 days; and a step of mixing fermented extracts. |
