<p>After the workpieces have been conveyed through >=1 cabin and sprayed with the enamel powder, they are transferred to a baking plant, whereas the carriers pass through a cleaning cabin. The carriers or balancers are suspended from the conveyor by hooks so they are free to vibrate. In the cleaning cabin, a pneumatic sensor detects the presence of the carrier and feeds a signal to a pneumatic logic circuit so air is fed to a pneumatic cylinder driving a hammer fitted on its rear end with a counterweight. The hammer applies several blows to each carrier so the grains of powder fall off leaving a clean carrier. Simple and efficient removal of powder from the carriers, is achieved.</p> |
