In an arrangement for the retrospective sealing of an oil collection trough 1 which has previously become damaged and leaky, consists of a bottom plate 2 and walls 3, 4, 5, 6, and receives an oil tank, provision is made for a bottom film 7, adapted to the inner shape of the oil collection trough 1, and a top film 16, adapted to the inner shape of the bottom film 7, to be arranged in the oil collection trough 1, a negative overpressure developing in the gap between the bottom foil 7 and the top foil 16, which pressure is maintained and monitored (Figure 2).
