FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing meat-and-vegetable canned food. Canned food is cooked by French beans and herbs cutting and freezing, listed ingredients mixing with table salt and hot black pepper under oxygen-free conditions, mutton cutting, stuffing with salted pork fat and frying in melted fat, packing of mutton, obtained mixture and melted fat, sealing and sterilisation. ^ EFFECT: expansion of technical facilities and dishes used in production of new preserved food, which allow to increase their digestibility. |
