FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: flexible guide bar ready-assembled is used in the capacity of carrier of vortex-current spool explorer for pipes crack detection. Invention is calculated substantially for application in spool explorer for pipes crack detection (with internal diametre 13 mm) of steam plant nuclear power plants of type WWER. Particular device allows high flexibility factor in the range of spring resistance area, that provides keeping of strength of soldered joint of thin wires. Flexible guide bar ready-assembled with high flexibility factor, containing extension spring from wire, inside of which there are located co-axial cables and stretching wire, additionally on named spring there are installed nylon pimples, located on sections, divided by annular, pinched around the spring, which is implemented from wire, allowing in cross-section squared shape. ^ EFFECT: keeping of strength of soldered joint of thin wires. ^ 4 cl, 2 dwg |
