摘要 FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and can be applied for autogenictendoplasty of injured hand fingers flexors. Osteofibrous channel through figure cut is formed in medial and partially proximal phalanx with preservation of annular and cruciate ligaments of osteofibrous channel. Central end of dissected from fixation place superficial flexor muscle of adjacent finger is removed from wound at the level of distal palmar fold. Chiasm of hand digits is dissected and donor tendon is removed through additional cut in lower third of forearm, 2.0-2.5 cm above carpal ligament. End of donor tendon of superficial flexor muscle is driven under carpal ligament coaxially to location of central end of deep flexor injured tendon into formed osteofibrous channel of finger. Peripheral end of donor tendon is fixed to nail-bone base on formed by means of awl channel. Central end of deep finger flexor injured tendon is transected in wound of lower third of forearm and its central stump is sewn side-to side to donor tendon. ^ EFFECT: method allows to improve functional result, reduce risk of scarred adhesion. ^ 4 dwg
