PURPOSE:To reduce the error greatly for the data sampling by reading out the data which is decided correct through the error detection by the syndrome memory from the data memory to obtain the reception data. CONSTITUTION:The PCM signals reproduced through VTR are supplied to the pulse generation circuit after synchronous isolation, and at the same time the isolated data is sent to the data sampling circuit. Here, the data is selected 22 by the multi-phase clock pulses featuring different phases to each other within the 1-bit time of the data sent from clock pulse control gate 20 to data ratch 19A and 19B, and this sampled data is memorized in data memory 23 until detection of the error. Then the error detection is carried out through syndrome memory 27, and the data which is decided correct is read fout from memory 23 to obtain the reception data. In this way, the data sampling error can be reduced greatly. |
