CONTINUE HOT DIP COATING METHOD

摘要

A continuous dipping method for steel strips capable of being applied to every kind of plating apparatus without generating environmental problem of gas jet, sound in adjusting the amount and the depth of plating that could be accomplished by using combustion gas mixed with 5-95% of air and controlling the temp. and pressure of the mixed gas within the range 500≦̸C room temp. and 0.05kg/cm2-2.0kg/cm2 in accordance with the plating velocity which might be varied from 5m/min to 250m/min.
