<p>PURPOSE:To make the surface of a film made by roll coating or gravure printing beautiful, by using a mixture of a specific hydrocarbon and an alcohol as a solvent of the title coating compound comprising a resol type phenolic resin. CONSTITUTION:A mixed solvent of A) an alcohol solvent (e.g., cyclohexanol) having a boiling point of 150-250 deg.C, capable of dissolving an alcohol-soluble resol type phenolic resin and B) 20-50 wt.% based on A) of a hydrocarbon solvent (e.g. tetralin) having a boiling point of 140-230 deg.C, in capable of dissolving the resol type phenolic resin is used as a solvent of a coating compound for resistors comprising the resol type phenolic resin and finely divided carbon powder. EFFECT:Having improved defoaming effect of a coating compound and smoothness, capable of preventing the occurrence of a pinhole in the film.</p> |
