PURPOSE:To give a collation whether or not the unregistered transaction information is memorized in the recording medium such as the bankbook or the like based on the ledger file and then to let the user know the fact that the unregistered transaction information is not in the account, if not, through operation of the user himself. CONSTITUTION:A connection is given between CPU55, automatic deposit paying devive 51 and automatic deposit device 52 each via group MODEM 56, MODEM 53 plus communication circuit 54. In case the user inserts his card into device 51 to request payment, a collation is carried out through device 51 between the data written on the card and the data supplied by the user. The result of the collation is supplied to CPU55. Thus, CPU55 retrieves ledger file 61 at input/output control part 57 and based on the supplied data and then replies nonexistence of the unregistered data to device 51 in case no unregistered transaction data is memorized in the account number with display of the reply at display part 14 through control part 67 of device 51. In case the bankbook is used together, the new transaction information, i.e., the balance and others are printed via printer 65. Then the bankbook is returned to the user. |
