Cantilever frame for temporary working platform - has lifting eye on pivoted block which locks under wall hook supporting frame rail

The elevated working platform is suspended from hook type wall anchorages (2), including a swing over safety lock and parapet railing (33). Locking screws (25) through welded plates (4) secure the frames to a primary rail (29), the assembled frame then being erected by lifting and placement of the rails in the hooks. The safety lock uses two identical triangular plates (36) which are mounted in opposition about the top member (21) of a frame. When lifting is effected utilising the cross bar (41), the assembly pivots anti-clockwise, gravity return occuring upon release with the effect that the sec rail (40) lodges under an external return of the hook (2).
