<p>A frame construction for string instruments. Instead of making the frame of the string instrument in one piece which is conventional, the frame according to this invention is assembled of a number of modules or sections (1) which each comprises a longitudinal means or carrying unit of square profile tube or other profile on which strings (2) are tensionably arranged. A frame construction assembled of such modules is considerably lighter and cheaper than conventional frame constructions and can be fabricated in a light industry. </p> |
