PURPOSE:To secure dust containing volume enough and prevent any failure of dust throwing by feeding air from a dust outlet through an air passing hole into a polyvinyl bag located inside of a dust box, whereby opening and expanding the polyvinyl bag. CONSTITUTION:The crushed and dehydrated dust is fed into a dust box 45 through a dust outlet 16c. When a conical dehydrating spinner 36 rotates, the spinner 36 and a raised part 40 both having an air blowing function starts blowing air into a polyvinyl bag 51 located inside the dust box 45 for opening the same. In this instance, the dust box is provided with an air passing hole 52 and therefore, no sealing condition occurs between the dust box 45 and the polyvinyl bag 51, thereby stretching the bag 51 as large as the inside of the dust box 45. Accordingly, not only the dust containing volume of the bag 51 can be obtained to its maximum but there is no possiblity of the bag 51 closing the opening 45a of the dust box 45. |
