<p>Solar radiation collector of the plane and fixed type. It employs a heat absorbing panel of which the active surface is formed by heat conductive thin plate (2) deeply rippled with ripplings of trapezoidal section and coated with smoky black. A second plate (3) preferably flat is welded to the first one and forms small channels where the heat carrier fluid circulates vertically. Hence, losses due to radiation emission and reflection are reduced and other losses due to radiation emission are avoided because of the absence of spots on the panel having a higher temperature than that of heat carrier fluid. The absorbing panel is inserted into a light coffer containing a block of insulating rigid foam (5) and is protected on the front by a thin, light transparent plate (6); the cost, the difficulty of transportation and the weight of the complete solar radiation collector are thus considerably reduced while the thermal efficiency is increased. </p> |
