Presented is a method for machining a yoke for a balanced armature unit, which can reduce machining cost and difficulty and guarantee machining precision, and specifically comprises the following steps: A: inspecting raw materials: the components and sizes of the raw materials are inspected in order to obtain raw material plates that meet the requirements; B: stacking up the plurality of raw material plates to form a stack, and fixing the raw material plates on the side part of the stack; C: punching wire cutting holes on the stack and then utilizing wire cutting equipment for wire cutting of the stack according to a preset shape; and D: deburring the properly-cut stack to obtain finished products. According to the machining method of a yoke for a balanced armature unit, a plurality of raw material plates can be machined at the same time to form a yoke, and the plurality of raw material plates mentioned above are given a high consistency in the shapes and sizes thereof; therefore, the machining method has the advantages of great convenience in machining, high efficiency and high precision and also possesses good practicability. |
