The method comprises: receiving and extracting first control word information and to-be-written data in a write operation request, and writing the to-be-written data into an SDRAM in a corresponding SDRAM group according to the first control word information (101); and receiving and extracting second control word information in a read operation request, and reading data in the SDRAM in the SDRAM group when determining that the second control word information is the same as the first control word information (102).
