Anchor clamp for insulated open air cable - has top, middle and bottom insulating parts with screws on longer sides

The cable clamp has a top and a bottom insulating parts above and below the conductors, and a middle insulating part between the conductors. The insulating parts are held together by bolts and clamps. The insulating parts have channels matching the conductors, and the top and bottom parts have projections entering in a hole in the middle part. The bolts (14, 15) are on both long sides of the clamp. One bolt (15) is longer than the other screw (14), and passes through an intermediate piece (16) with a clearance hole. The hexagonal leads of the bolts hold down insulating pieces (1, 3, 5) two on the inside and one on the outside of the clamp assembly.
