The door seals have hollow profiles, with at least one set of hollow reeds linked to the engine vacuum line when the door is secured. The seals collapse over the vacuum section and are bent to press sealing edges onto the door frame for an airtight seal. The system uses the available manifold vacuum and does not require complex compressors or pumps. The system operates automatically on operating the door handles.
