IC engine using water as fuel - has electrostatic generator to oppositely charge water tanks to promote decomposition when mixed in engine

The engine drives an auxiliary electrostatic generating machine. Two tanks of water are constructed of insulating material. The output of the electrostatic generator is used to charge the water in one tank positively and the water in the other tank negatively. Inside the cylinder the charges which can be of the order of 100,000 volts, neutralise each other to decompose the water into an ignitable gas. This is then ignited and burnt in the usual way to drive the engine.
