Antimycotic oximino-triazolyl ethane derivs. - esp. effective against dermatophytes, gemmiparous fungi and biphasic fungi

An antimycotic agent contains >=1 oximinotriazolyl ethane of formula (I) and/or their acid-addn. salts and/or metal complexes. (where R is halogen, alkyl, alkoxy, alkylthio, alkylsulphonyl, haloalkyl, nitro, cyano, opt. substd. Ph or opt. substd. PhO; R' is alkyl, alkenyl, alkinyl, opt. substd. PhCH2 or opt. substd. PhCH=CH; and n is an integer 0-3). (I) are antimicrobials, esp. antimycotics. (I) are more effective antimycotics than the known phenoxy triazolyl derivs. (I) have a broad spectrum of activity and are effective against e.g. dermatophytes and gemmiparous fungi as well as biphasic fungi, e.g. against Candida, Epidermophyton, Aspergillus, Trichophyton, Microsporon and Penicillium spp. (I) can be used in human and veterinary medicine against dermatocosis and systemmycosis.
