<p>Naphthalenetris(sulphonyliminobenzene) derivs. of formula (I) are new: (where R is H or SO3A; and A is a cation; provided that each Ph ring contains 1 or 2 SO3A gps.). Complement inhibitors and so useful in affecting inflammation, coagulation, fibrinolysis, antibody-antigen reactions and other metabolic processes. Dose is 5-100 mg./lg. daily. In an example, 5,5',5"-(1,3,6-naphthalene-tris(sulphonylimino))tris-1,3-benzened- isulphonic acid Na salt was obtd.</p> |
