PURPOSE:To ensure a dynamic switching and reconstitution for the system which contains plural processor groups in which the processor is duplicated, by supplying the status information of the processor in each group to the switch devices of each group mutually. CONSTITUTION:Each of three groups of processor group GA, GB and GC possesses two units of processor PAI, PAII ... PCII. And one processor is used for the oparation system and the other for the holding system respectively in separation. Each processor monitors the fualt of the partner processor to each other via the P check and contains channel CH for the communication between peripheral unit Ph and another processor. Channel CH is connected to switch unit SWC to give switching the connection between the groups. The duplicating processor of each group shares status information SA - SC at system I and II, and 0 and 1 indicate system I and II and for operation use respectively. In case some change is caused to the operation system in one group through detection of the fault, each SWC switches the connection. |
