The screw-type connector is for the fixture of constructional parts or for power transmission. The screw shaft has an additional draw socket for holding the screw with a cross-section which permits torsion transmission. Behind the threaded section, the screw shaft has a non-circular cross-section, i.e. four-sided or six-sided, so that a fitting draw socket, when pushed over the screw threads, can turn or hold the screw shaft. At that point, the screw is larger in dia. than the threaded section.
