Atmospheric gas burner with injection chamber - has adjustment tube for gas and air flow opposite ignition electrode

The atmospheric gas burner and igniter has a nozzle for gas which entrains air into injector chamber. The burner has an igniting electrode and a flame monitoring electrode. Into a central bore (7) is fitted a tube (8) which at one and projects beyond the plane of the flame holder disc (12). Its other end reaches closer to the gas nozzles (2) than the channel (9) between the injector chamber (6) and the outlet and cage (11). This tube can be axially moved and fixed and the ignition electrode is arranged opposite this tube end with a gap.
