<p>The output signal from a light measurement and exposure factor input circuit (1) forms the reference input for a digital exposure control loop system (2) which can be set selectively at least to the exposure methods: time preferred, fully automatic or aperture preferred. The output signal from circuit (1) is connectible in dependence on this selection through a sequence control circuit (12) in the control loop system (2) to a stop value storage circuit (16) and/or an exposure time value storage circuit (15).
