PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oxide type fuel battery that can properly introduce compressive force when a cell stack is fastened by a bolt and a nut under high temperature, thereby holding high gas sealing performance and high electrical contact performance.SOLUTION: A flat plate type solid oxide fuel battery 1 in which cells are stacked to form a cell stack 10 and compressive force is introduced in the lamination direction by a bolt 4 and a nut 5 has a compression spring 9 formed of ceramics around the bolt 4, a compression spring distortion preventing member 7 between the compression spring 9 and the nut 5, and a cylindrical height control member 8 which serves as a stopper for regulating the movable range of the compression spring distortion preventing member 7 when the compressive force is introduced, and guides the compression spring 9 from the inside or outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
