PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide apparatus and method for drying an aqueous liquid attachment, with which it is possible to efficiently dry an aqueous liquid on a liquid attachment surface of a film-shaped object to be dried.SOLUTION: An apparatus for drying an aqueous liquid attachment is intended to dry an aqueous liquid on a liquid attachment surface of a film-shaped object to be dried which is made by causing the aqueous liquid to be attached to a surface of a plastic film base material. The apparatus for drying the aqueous liquid attachment is configured to dry the aqueous liquid by applying a laser beam having a wavelength of 2500-3500 nm that is a wavelength to be selectively absorbed by moisture of the aqueous liquid on the liquid attachment surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
