PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water purification system capable of coping with change of water quality of raw water according to a period.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a water purification system 1 for city water. The water purification system 1 comprises: a turbidity meter 2 for measuring turbidity of raw water; a chemical agent mixing basin 3 for injecting a chemical agent containing a coagulant, sterilant, and pH adjustment agent; a flock formation basin 4 for forming a flock by mixing the chemical agent and water; a deposition basin 5 for depositing the grown flock and removing the same; a filtration basin 6 for removing dirt which cannot be removed in the deposition basin 5; a clean water basin 7 and/or water supply basin 8 for storing the filtrated water; and an injection device 9 for adjusting the injection amount of the pH adjustment agent and injecting, according to the measured turbidity. The injection device 9 changes the injection amount of the pH adjustment agent according to the turbidity, according to a period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
