摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that when the load varies during self-driving of a small hydropower variable speed power generation system, the output power from a permanent magnet synchronous generator and the power to be supplied to the load are unbalanced.SOLUTION: A converter device is provided with a control block for adjusting a flow rate acting on the self-driving. The control block includes a first PI controller for generating a flow rate command value by receiving the difference between a DC voltage command value Vdcand a DC voltage detection value Vdcdet, and a second PI controller for generating an operation amount command value of flow rate adjustment means by receiving the difference between the flow rate command value thus generated and a flow rate detection value of a waterwheel. The converter device transmits the operation amount command value thus generated to a host control unit, and the control unit adjusts the flow rate via the flow rate adjustment means, based on the operation amount command value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
