A simplified schmitt circuit comprises an active component using the semiconductor material which consisted of the emitter(E), collector(C), base(B), and gate(G). The cur- rent amplification characteristic curve of the semiconductor forms a prominent downwards and vertical axis symmetric type according to the change of gate bias voltage applied between gate and emitter.
