The present invention relates to a seedling plate. According to an embodiment of the present invention, disclosed is the seedling plate comprising: a bottom portion having a predetermined area integrated with a sidewall portion having a predetermined height; at least one or more soil accommodating portions in the form in which an upper surface of an upper end of the sidewall portion is opened; and at least one or more corrugated portions in a horizontal direction formed in the sidewall portion of the soil accommodating portion. In addition, the corrugated portion is deformed by an external force in a vertical direction to allow the sidewall portion to be extended or contracted in the vertical direction.
