The present invention relates to a device to alert an error in a welding gas supply and a remaining amount of a welding gas capable of providing safety; preventing weld defects and a decrease in productivity; and enabling a replacement of a consumable welding gas tank at a proper time without a delay by alerting an error of the welding gas supply and the remaining amount of the welding gas using digital pressure switches. A control means detects and alarms a supply error and the remaining amount by sensing a jet pressure of the welding gas, comprising: the digital pressure switch (DP1) detecting the remaining amount of the welding gas filled inside the welding gas tank (AT); the digital pressure sensor (DP2) detecting the supply error of the welding gas supplied to a welding torch (3) from the welding gas tank (AT); a pressure sensor (P1) of the digital pressure sensor (DP1); a pressure sensor (P2) of the digital pressure sensor (DP2); a pressure setting unit (S1) setting a pressure of the remaining welding gas of the digital pressure sensor (DP1); a pressure setting unit (S2) setting a normal detected pressure range of the digital pressure sensor (DP2); releasing switches (B1, B2) releasing an alert state; a display unit (D1) where the pressure of the remaining welding gas detected by the pressure sensor (P1) is displayed; a display unit (D2) where a detected pressure of the welding gas detected by the pressure sensor (P2); and a display lamp (L1), a warning lamp (L2), and buzzers (Ba, Bb). |
