<p>PURPOSE:To perform stable fire furnace control with no ventilating device for the recycle of combustion gas when using fuel of different kinds in a draft type combustion device. CONSTITUTION:Air from a forcing ventilating device 2 goes into an air preheater 5 through an outlet ventilating flue to be preheated, then is drafted into a fire furnace 1 through a ventilating flue 6 and a ventilating box 7. Combustion gas generated at the fire furnace 1 is discharged, by the induction of an induction ventilating device 3, through a funnel 11 via a fire furnace outlet smokestack 9, the air preheater 5 an outlet smokestack 10. In a combustion device like this, a recycle smokestack 19 is set, whose upstream end is connected between the induction ventilating device 3 and its outlet damper 13, whose down-stream end is connected to an air- preheater outlet smokestack where a draft gauge is set. Thus, combustion gas can be recycled to the air supply side of the fire furnace 1 by adjusting dampers 13, 20, eliminating a conventional recycle ventilating device.</p> |
