PURPOSE:To obtain a porcelain composite which can be sintered at low temperature and has excellent characteristic by forming it with three-component-composite which contains PbO, Fe2O3, Nb2O5, NiO, Ta2O5 and MgO in the specific range. CONSTITUTION:The composite is one of Pb(Fe1/2Nb1/2)O3-Pb(Ni1/3Ta2/3)O3-Pb (Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3 system, and its composition is in the area surrounded by a hexagon ABCDEF in the diagram of three-component-composite. The oxide composition is 62.72-68.58 % of PbO, 0-10.69 % of Fe2O3, 11.2-26.89 % of Nb2O5, 0- 16.55 % of Ta2O5 and 0-3.92 % of MgO in weight percentage. The said composite can be obtained from PbO, Fe2O3, etc. as original materials, and can be sintered at low temperature of from 800 deg. to 1000 deg.C. This oxide composition on the line of two-component-composite in the diagram is excluded. |
