PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device capable of excellently loosening the toner of a casing inner wall, while suppressing the increase of the size of the device and to provide an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: A loosening plate 140 which is loosening means is provided on the casing lower surface of a first cleaning unit. The loosening plate 140 is attached to the casing lower surface 121a, to be rockable in the axial direction of a first conveyance screw 110a which is a conveyance member. When the first conveyance screw 110a is rotated in the direction of an arrow Q in the figure, the contact part 140c of the loosening plate coming into contact with the blade part 110a1 of the first conveyance screw is pushed to a downstream side in a toner conveyance direction and the loosening plate 140 is moved to the downstream side in the toner conveyance direction. When the loosening plate 140 is moved to the downstream side in the toner conveyance direction by a predetermined amount, the contact part 140c is separated from the blade part and the loosening plate 140 is moved to an upstream side in the toner conveyance direction by the energizing force of a spring 143.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10 |
