PURPOSE:To vaporize acidic mist in dry denitration of exhaust gas contg. the acidic mist so as to prevent the apparatus material from being corroded with the acidic mist, by mixing a portion of the gas treated at high temp. with the exhaust gas. CONSTITUTION:Exhaust gas contg. NOx passing through a flue 1, a scrubber 2 includes acidic mist , and is united with a portion of the exhaust gas treated at high temp. (about 2% of the treated exhaust gas) led through a pipe 7 so that the acidic mist disappears. It is then delivered through a heat exhanger 3 etc. to a catalytic reactor 6, where it is denitracted with NH3 5. A portion of the high-temp.-treated gas is used as the above-described circulation gas, large portion being released to the air through a heat exchanger 3. This apparatus, constituted by attaching the pipe line 7 to the conventional equipment, causes mist of fine particles to disappear, preventing corrosion of the denitration apparatus, and increasing its service life. |
