<p>An adaptor for fixing to a cheese mould so that moulds can be stacked on top of each other in axial alignment, is described. The adaptor of one mould nests around the upper periphery of the mould below. The adaptor is pref. a welded, metal structure comprising an open base frame from which spaced, side bars rise to support an upper frame. The base frame fits under the mould base and the adaptor is secured by screws to the mould. Since the base frame sits around the open top of the mould below, resting on the peripheral ledge, the moulds can be stacked in the filled condition. The adaptor can be a frame of plastic moulded to the base of the mould, or simple fingers fixed to the base.</p> |
