The optoelectronic device has a photoelectric receiver optically coupled to a scanner. The receiver (6) contains an integrating component that generates an electrical control signal. This component is connected by its input directly to the output of the receiver's photodetector (16) and by its output to the control input of a regulator. The regulator controls the output voltage in accordance with the control signal and its output is connected to a voltage converter whose output is coupled to the photodetector. The photodetector's output is connected electrically via an amplifier to the input of the integrated component.
