<p>PURPOSE:To provide a low-cost, high-efficiency device for the manufacturing of a plastic magnet, comprising a coil member and a mold member having a magnetic pole corresponding to a magnetic core, and a magnetic case corresponding to a mold of the plastic magnet. CONSTITUTION:A non-magnetic plate 36 having a center hole is put in the center of a magnetic lid 35, and a magnetic pole 32 is secured to the center hole of the non- magnetic plate 36. The magnetic lid 35 is furnished with a guide pin 35 and a threaded hole 38, which correspond to a bushing 29 and a hole 28, respectively. A mold member registered by the guide pin 37 and the guide bushing 29 is secured to a coil member with a bolt 39. The coil is energized to generate a magnetic field shown by the arrow. A resin containing magnetic powder is charged into a cavity 21 having a radially oriented magnetic field. After cooling soldifying the resin, the cavity plate 18, the plate 27 and the side plate 24 are disassembled, and a ring- shaped plastic magnet formed around the core 25 is removed from the mold.</p> |
