The novelty riding toy is made up of a ring which houses a moving seat carried on pneumatic tyred wheels. The seat moves to rotate the ring. Seat movement is effected by a lever which controls a cranked pinion. Movement can be in either direction and the ring is of light metal or plastics. The assembly is welded and nylon bushes are used as bearings.
