The invention provides a method for preparing sesamin and sesamolin, which comprises the following steps of allowing mixed solution of grease containing the sesamin and the sesamolin and an aliphatic hydrocarbon solvent to pass through a silica gel tubular column, eluting the silica gel tubular column through the aliphatic hydrocarbon solvent, and eluting the sesamin and the sesamolin which are absorbed by the silica gel tubular column through an elution solvent of a group formed by methanol, ethanol, acetone and ethyl acetate. The method for preparing the sesamin and the sesamolin has the advantages of simple and convenient operation, good purification effect and high recovery rate, and has practical value in relevant industry. |
