<p>The car roof rack has a framework made of longitudinal (1, 2) and transverse tubes (3, 4, 5, 6) and a support (6) at one end. Hooks (17) can be provided to retain luggage straps. Vertical supports are welded on or bent over the ends of the longitudinals. They are threaded inside and are secured by screws through the roof (15) which are only accessible from inside the car body. Alternatively, nuts or other fastening may be used, inside the car.</p> |
