Tamper proof drink dispenser - has valve on bottle neck retained by remainder of metal cap for limited freedom

The transfer proof system is for e.g. a bottle with a dispensing valve. The bottle (1) has a neck (2) with an annular rim and a sealing face (12). The annular sealing element (4) has one face in contact with the sealing face (12) and the other in contact with a sealing face of a valve element. A threaded part (8) of the valve is engaged by the upper skirt portion of a metal cap. A lower skirt portion (20), connected by a tear strip to the upper skirt engages in a neck (10) of the valve and below the neck of the container by a flange (17). Relative movement between valve and neck is restricted.
