PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel conductive composition which has elasticity and can suppress increase in resistance value at the time of elongation and a conductive sheet comprising the same.SOLUTION: A conductive sheet 10 has a peeling film 11, and a conductive film 12 formed on one surface of the peeling film 11 and comprising the conductive composition.
