PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extension storage device capable of configuring a desired function by highly densely mounting function devices.SOLUTION: An extension storage device is configured by mounting a storage function device casing block 3 including a cooling ventilation fan device part 3a, a storage device part 3b and a cooling ventilation fan and power supply composite device part 3c, and a server device part 4d when necessary on a rack, and is characterized in that each device part includes a casing outer frame plate 3bconfigured to be connectable in a longitudinal direction, a circuit board 3bprovided in the bottom part of each casing outer frame plate, a connector 3bconnected to the circuit board and fitted to a connector 3bconnected to the circuit board of the casing outer frame part of the other device part connected in the longitudinal direction of the circuit board to achieve electric connection between the connected devices, and a function device mounted on the casing outer frame plate to be connected to the circuit board.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10 |
