Disclosed are a hybrid-based image clustering method and a server for operating the same. The hybrid-based image clustering method according to various embodiments of the present invention, which is a method for performing hybrid-based image clustering by a server, comprises the steps of: extracting an image object included in each of a plurality of images; calculating similar feature information between a preset reference target object and the extracted image objects; clustering at least some of the images as a first image group related to the reference target object based on the similar feature information; and clustering at least some of the images included in the first image group as a second image group based on at least one among photographing position information and place tag information of the images included in the first image group. The method of the present invention can accurately classify the images based on specific criteria. |
