<p>The filler is for filling containers with equal weights of a liquid. The containers are set individually, in sequence to a balance which acts as a control balance and then are filled with fluid via an electrically controlled valve, whose opening takes place via a relay with a sensor. The closing is automatically controlled by means of a light barrier triggered by the indicator on reaching a given position. A second light barrier can be adjusted along the path of movement of the pointer and the controls electrical control signals which indicate if the volume in the container corresponds to the required filling when a closing probe is given to the valve from the first light barrier. Alternatively the signals indicate if there is an over- or under- filling outside a given tolerance size.</p> |
